I-LEAD’s Adult Education Center in Reading, Pennsylvania, is dedicated to empowering individuals through our HiSET, English Language Learning, Workforce Preparedness, and ACE (Achieve College Education) programs. I-LEAD's mission is to help clients build the skills and confidence needed for success in higher education and promising careers. In addition to serving the Berks County community, i-LEAD takes a leadership role in developing and advancing these initiatives regionally, working in collaboration with a network of trusted community partners.

I-LEAD has built a strong partnership with organizations in the building trades, especially the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), to reach underserved communities with approved pre-apprenticeship and appreticeship programs. These programs develop vocational english competency, proficiency in trade-related mathematics, and introduction to the industry, including career readiness and knowledge of career pathways.
